How To Do A Side Bridge Low Back Exercise
The side bridge is one of the single best exercises for low back rehabilitation and overall fitness. This exercise utilizes all the primary deep stabilizing muscles of the lumbar spine. Here is a video that we did for our patients to demonstrate proper form:
Remember, it is better to do one repetition correctly than 10 repetitions incorrectly!
